The Company is driven to deliver technology solutions that will improve the quality of the practice and the quality of the community. Mr. Scott Vogel ,
Managing Partner. Scott A. Vogel founded Isys Technology Corporation in 1996. As President, Mr. Vogel led the Company in the development of many custom applications for various industries, including the healthcare industry. Most recently, Mr. Vogel has overseen the development of a HIPAA-Compliant, Claims Auto-Adjudication application for the payor market, which maintains patient information, provider information, ICD-9 and CPT information, as well as other business rules and regulations. Based on certain parameters, the application will pay, hold, or reject healthcare claims automatically. Since it’s incorporation in 1996, Mr. Vogel has led the company in fulfilling the ever-changing demands of the technology market. Prior to Isys Technology Corporation, Mr. Vogel held the executive position of Director of Marketing for GSAmerica. Mr. Vogel is the TN President of HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society), HIMSS Advocacy Roundtable member, and member of the Board of Directors of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as a National Committee Member.
Robert Morris,
Managing Partner, and community leader - Robert Morris became President Chief Operating Officer in July 2003. He is responsible for the daily operations of iNet Strategy. Robert has an extensive background in Information Technology and Business Management with over 20 years of experience. Prior to working at iNet Strategy Inc, a Tennessee Information Technology Consulting Company, Mr. Morris held leadership positions in many top companies located in both Nashville and Atlanta. They include; NetSetGo, a Rochester, NY-based consulting firm; Community Health Systems, Brentwood TN a nationwide hospital management organization; Kuppenheimer Men’s Clothiers, Atlanta GA a men’s clothing manufacturer/retailer, Georgia Pacific Corporation, Atlanta GA, building and paper products manufacturer, Toyota Motor Credit Corporation/World Omni Finance Corporation, Atlanta GA, an automobile finance and leasing corporation.

to founding PCT Mr.
Earle worked in the
long-term care
health industry
possessing a nursing
home administrators
license in the
states of Florida,
Kentucky, and
Tennessee. He also
has corporate level
experience in the
risk management and
governmental affairs
divisions for a
publicly traded
health care company.
His civic
involvement
currently includes
being the Chairman
of Care Foundation
of America,
Vice-Chairman of the

Republican Party and
has been or is
active in the

healthcare,
